• The term “11-month inspection” refers to having a home inspection completed prior to your one-year warranty.
• Typically with new homes the builder is responsible for many items related to your home for the first year.
• An inspection will give you (the homeowner) a second opinion on the condition of the home and document any concerns you may already have, from an un-biased third party.
